Looking at some front rims and the ones I Like only have a back space of 3.77 in a 15x7..
Will that work or will it push the rim out to far towards the fender?

I'm running that BS with 215-60-15's. It's a very tight fit even with the Arning drop, rolled lips and a little over 1° neg camber. Maybe 205 would be a better choice of tire

What tom said. You could use a 205-65-15 tire but would be better off with more backspace or a 6" wide rim. What rims are you looking at?

I'm going to run 215 60 15 on 7" Legendary wheels with a 4.25" BS when Diane's out of paint. And 225 60 15 rear.

I can go with a 15x6 with the same back space using a 215 65 15 to match the height of what I’m going to put on the rear 245 60 15 on a 8” rim...

I use the 15x6 TT up front with a 205-65 15 up front on both my 65 Mustang and Falcon. It is a great fit. the 215-65 is a little tall for my taste and I like the fit of the 205 better on a 6" wide rim. you will have a more noticeable bulge in the sidewall with the 215 on a 6" rim up front compared to the rear with a 235 or 245 tire. Little stuff like that bugs me but most would probably not notice.

The 215 is only a half inch taller than the 245... Cmefly I know what your saying and I’m the same way honestly. I really wanted to do 16’s but I cant find the size tire and have the sidewall rim to road that looks correct..Yes there are more options but the 16’s are getting scarce also...
