I installed a 1" sway bar yesterday and I have a few questions. 1st of all, does this look correct? The bar seems to be angling downward if you know what I mean?

2nd, I noticed the difference right off the bat. Except now the steering seems looser when turning right compared to turning left. Meaning the wheel is easier to turn. Almost like power steering. The difference is minimal but noticeable. I know I need an alignment, its the same side that the steering feels lose. Could the sway bar have just made it more noticeable or could it be something else?

Your opinion would be appreciated!

Looks OK to me, hard to tell from the pics. The sway bar will but more of a load on your front components,
making any small issues feel bigger.
Looks good to me, and yes if the the steering needed alignment you'll feel it even more.
Looks the same as mine on my 68 coupe.

Did you grease the bushings (can't tell from pics)? Here's a little trick that I picked up along the way: wrap some teflon tape around the bar under the bushing. Then the bars won't squeak even if the grease breaks down or rubs off over time.
looks great. you need to use some simple grenn and remove all of that goo from the frame, engine etc. Try it, you'll like it!
