Putting together a 67 fastback with 427 fe. Trying to install a Quick Fuel 175 pusher fuel pump. Instructions call for it to be installed below bottom of tank, as it is gravity fed. Seems like I have to run the braided 8an line (no return) below the rearend tube. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Is it a factory style tank or one with the fuel and vent in the top?

1968 and late '67s routed the fuel line out near the rocker, the early '67 ran it through the driveshaft tunnel area. I have sub frame connectors on my '67 and ran the fuel lines out near the SFC, because I didn't want the fuel line near the driveshaft. The tunnel is fairly tight on these cars and I'm going to use a 3.5" driveshaft. It can get a bit tricky transitioning from the inside the frame to outside with the fuel lines, but it can be done.
Here is what I did, the first photo shows it in mock up. I went through the torque box on the Right side and them along the front frame rail and then through the front apron.
