Specks for fuel pump I belive is no greater than 4.5psi, and I cannot fine a new pump with less than 6.5psi. Installed a new pump and fuel overflows from tube on top of bowl on carb. Put kit in carb, checked the float, still shut off needle can't stop the flow of fuel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
