Hey everybody,
I need help with the gas pedal linkage for a 1990 5.0 HO EFI engine in a 65 Mustang. What do I buy? Can you send me a website link to it.

Also can you send me a website link to a linkage system from the shifter to the transmission area.
Please help me, I’m almost done with the build and this is standing in my way.

I used my 92 5.0L throttle cable, modified my 92 gas pedal. Had to put a bracket under the pedal to raise it up, and cut the pedal about half way up and rewelded it.

Go to the salvage yard and get one off of a Lincoln MK7. Worked great for me and my 1990 5.0ho and aod tranny. I have a '66.

You can use either a '69-'70 mustang gas pedal or the Lokar pedal...I have done both...either one accepts a cable.
