my dads company offers and sells them , ive looked over alot of pamphlets on them, they look to be a really durable and nice tranny. they offer trans for gm, ford ( c4,c6 etc )however they are very pricey... does anyone have one of these mated into a vintage mustang ? i think that would be pretty cool , i think if i remember, they are 6 speeds.

They arn't trannys but bolt on tail housings that give a normal 1:1 trannys an overdrive and splits the first two speeds. they are good for 1000HP but for 2500 they aren't in a price range for most daily drivers.

yeah , 2500 for a tranny seems a bit steap ... then again you see guys who spend 1500 or more for their performance trans, and they arent good for up to 1000 HP .

I researched Gear Vendor overdrive add on for my then '68 coupe (351W) C-4; the ratio spacing between OD and non OD wasn't large enough to give street/strip flexibility I was interested in.
