OP its very clearly gear whine - common issue with aftermarket ring and pinion sets. I would look at a US gear ring and pinion set in one of the the known 'quite' ratios.
The mesh photos look ok, but it dosent matter sometimes regarding noise. When the backlash was reset was it changed? Was the runout of the ring gear verified ok?
