Hi all,

I am seriously looking into buying a '68 GT coupe that I will have shipped to Atlanta.
I am pretty sure the car will need the torque boxes replaced. Has anyone used anybody in the area of shops to do work like this? Metro Mustang? Any private people?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike, There is a body shop in Lilburn, I don't have the name on hand, but I'll find it this weekend. I actually bought my stang from there. They had several classics in the shop having various amounts of work done. I'll Find the name and PM you ASAP.

I'll do it for you. Course I don't know how to weld or own a welder or...

Call Vintage Mustang in Decatur-they've been at it longer than anyone in town. or.

Gordons Restorations (Gordon Land) in Dallas GA is probably the best around. Not cheapest.

Charles Lambert in Marietta GA. (Lambchops Classics)
