Well, i've been drooling over this color lately. its called sonic blue, its a latemodel ford color... used on mustangs and trucks, its a metalic blue with a purple hue to it. awsome color. looks extremly expensive, though. I was at the body supply store picking up some laquer thinner saturday, and decided to ask them how much it would set me back. guy gave me a quote for everything i should need to paint, ie, paint, thinner, clear, etc...
paint is only $210 a gallon. thinner, clear, and other crap add up to a grand total of about $360, which is definatly in the budget! I was expecting the paint to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $700 a gallon, so i am really happy about that.
anyways, just wanted to share... here is a picture of the color if anyone is intrested. feal free to leave feedback on how you think it will look on my car. I'm still not 100% sure it will be the right color. interior is going to be white apulstury.

I saw a 69 with viper blue on it. It was VERY nice.
The more I see blue, the more I like it. My car was originally blue.
Good luck.
