Anybody know of some good tire and wheel combos for vintage Mustangs? I can't find many sites with sizes to fit early model Mustangs.

The topic of tires and wheels receives a fair share of discussion on VMF. It comes down to personal preference for vintage look or aftermarket. The best way for me was to look on-line at other people's car to figure out what I wanted to do.

AR Torque Thrusts seem to be very popular with the aftermarket set but some would say they're too popular. It depends on your car and your what you like.(You might want to update your profile, so we can tell what kind of car you have.)

Check here to see what you like. Although it doesn't give names for the tires, you can post back to VMF to ask.

Here are some sites with favorites:

You can also check the mustang magazine database for articles on wheel and tires if you're looking for a side by side comparison of wheel and tires combos.

Once you get to the point of deciding and want to know what will fit. Check the Tire chart first and then search the forum to find out what folks have tried.
