Well, the AOD in my 5.0 died today. It had been acting up, nothign too bad but today I had to drive from Charleston to Hilton Head (about 120 miles). It was fine on the way down, but it made it 40 miles on the way back and started to die. I had to nurse it the rest of the way, I am very thankful it held up until I could get back home. The car has 130,000 miles and the tranny has been rebuilt once already. Anyways, anybody have a spare T-5 laying around? Figured I would put one of those back in, they seem to hold up better and I wanted a 5-speed 5.0 all along. If anybody has any suggestions on making this swap I would appreciate the info. Thanks!
