Painted a 65 Mustang the other week. Got it back to fix a couple of runs. When it left last week it didn't have any tail lights, head lights etc. Not ready for the street. BUT, now it's all together. It seems to have a lot of power, 302, 4 speed. I remember I had to remove a lot of tire burnout rubber from the quarterpanels. I might HAVE to take it around the block once today. Just to make sure the paint doesn't fly off during accelerations.
That is the correct way to check for bad paint right :)

66 Coupe, 302, Auto, 3.25 gears. [color:red]Candyapple Red</font color=red> with White Pearl Stripes. Cragars.

Oh no, it's NOT mine. I painted it for a guy. I did take it for a spin. But I was nice & didn't smoke tires or nothing. Just around the block. Not even one double-clutch or speed-shift :)
