For any one that's doing the granada brake swap, it cost $20 to have both hubs turned down to accept the center of the mustang wheel. He had to press out the wheel studs and then grind down the hub. Now, I can check out which tire combo to go with...thanks for everyone's help with the "granada" issues. Especially the very helpful web pages with pics (for the idiots like me) ::

Machine shop did the work. Nothing fancy, but another shop did tell me they could not do this type work. Just call a few places and tell them what you need to do...good luck.
