Got zirk to take grease in 3 out of four sirks on upper controll arm
Can I remove the one that won't take grease and clean out hardened grease and get the fitting back in? Or if it comes out, the sirk, will I not be able to get it back in??
Where the sirk fits into to, those ends are loose..should the be tight.
These appear to be the original arms..have 4 bolt ball joints.
Would rather not replace the arms as I'm only doing the floors and paint work then selling..just wanted to try my hand at pans and paint,,
Thanks

You can remove the fittings and try cleaning, or better yet replacing them. Sometimes it is still tough to get the joints to take grease. A service center with a high-pressure grease gun would be your best bet.

Yes, the ends should be tight in the control arm. The ends are threaded and should be tightened. I have often found ones that have been loose for sometime have weak threads in the control arm. They may strip out and you would have to replace the control arm. The looseness will get worse if you don’t tighten them.
