It took a lot longer than I thought it would but i have finally made a replacement grille for my Powercar Mustang Junior!
the picture i have posted is what was left of the original grille when i found the car. and the lower image is of the raw plastic parts fresh from the molds. the parts will still need to be finished trimmed and painted but it beats the heck out of nothing! http://www.roadkillontheweb.com/images/raw.jpg
thanks to all those who helped me with everything from pointing out that my original was installed upside down! the process i used is the same as what they did in 1967 i even embedded the bolts in the plastic the way they did! but i think the materials are better. "not as brittle"
