What hood pin came on the GT 350's? I'm looking at a pic right now, but it doesn't look like either a hairpin, or torsion pin?

Give Charlie Jones a buzz...he's got a real one and races it...

When I was racing back in the 70's, the torsion clips were real popular...I used those up until going to the new front end and Dzus fasteners...

I have the hair pin style on my '66 coupe, and they're a pain in the neck. What's a torsion clip? Is it easier/faster than the hair pins?

It's like a ring with both ends going into a pin on one end in such a manner that the ring is spring loaded to snap down onto the pin after it is pushed through the corresponding eye in the hood retention pin...

All of mine are at my mom's or I'd post a picture of it for you...*G*
