This is one of those posts that is both good and bad. The good part is that I just purchased a '65 2+2 fastback for my stable. It is a 289 2bbl with automatic transmission. I am really looking forward to having it shipped here.

The bad part is that I sold my '65 coupe today to make room for the new pony. Many hours of work went into her to make her something to be proud of and to let her go was very difficult. I think that all of us Mustang lovers would keep every car if we had the room (or the $$$)

I know how you feel. Sold my 66 coupe a few months ago and was sad to see her go. On the other hand, I now have a 66 'vert to get busy on.

I have yet to buy/build a house(recent college grad) or a pony, but one big requirement is that there is room for a barn on this property. A very large barn.
