I am going to run over and rent the puller to remove the harmonic balancer. Any suggestions on how to get the bolt out of the center? The engine just turns over and I can not get it loose.
You're not telling us if the engine is in or out of the car. If it's in the car, use a large screwdriver blade in the starter hole to keep the engine from turning over by catching a tooth on the flywheel/flexplate. If the engine's out, put two of the flywheel/flexplate bolts in the back of the crankshaft and use a bar of some sort between them to keep the engine from turning over. Last, but not least, make sure you're turning the bolt CCW.
Your right I did not give you the info in the first post. But your suggetions will work. Thank you!
