Has anyone tried the Krylon Epoxy Primer?

I just found this at Lowe's and wondered if it would be good enough to use on my floorpans. 3 of them have some surface rust that I will hit with a wire brush on my grinder. I need something to go over them afterwards to protect and prevent anymore rust and I don't have access to a compressor and air gun.

Check out Zero Rust. That's what I used on my undercarriage.

I reduced it a little and put it on with a brush. Good stuff.

I can't imagine epoxy primer in a rattle can being any good. The reason the epoxy works so well is that it uses an activator to get the juices flowing. Know what I mean?
