Has anyone tried the Krylon Epoxy Primer?

I just found this at Lowe's and wondered if it would be good enough to use on my floorpans. 3 of them have some surface rust that I will hit with a wire brush on my grinder. I need something to go over them afterwards to protect and prevent anymore rust and I don't have access to a compressor and air gun.

Eastwoods, Corroless red primer would be better..
spray cans or brush on...good stuff for your application,
not cheap, i put it on my 50 f1 pickup frame abt 5 yrs ago, still holding up well...there are other brands also, color is similar to Fords original red primer , but they used laquer primer this is more of an enamel type primer for rust
