Yes, you posted the link correctly, and Jay hit it on the head ... you can't reference pictures on angelfire.com from a remote site.

What I don't understand, is at least 95% of everyone is paying for a internet service provider, right? 95% of the internet service providers give you free disk space with the service you're already paying for. So why do so many people need to use these free services? Why don't people use the services that they are already paying for? And if you're paying a ISP that doesn't allow you to view the disk space you're paying for from a remote site, why are people paying them?

Maybe I've been out of the ISP business too long (I used to own an Internet Service Provider business) and things have changed, but I just can't figure this out.

Personally, I got tired of depending on other people's lame servers so have my own *LOL* (although I have disk space available to me if I want it from the ISP I'm paying for my internet service ... ADSL).

Ok, sorry, I shut up and get off the soap box now.

if you dont want to pay extra, go through your ISP, thats what i did, being 19 and eternally broke i didnt have the cash to go to fatcow.com and pay 100 bucks for a url and a site, but i am on att.net and it works great. most isp's will allow external file linking so you can use them to host your pics
