Well, yesterday Billgear and myself finished porting my heads. Last Sunday we ported the exhaust side, yesterday we gasket matched and ported the intake side. They sure are going to flow better!

We also installed the new cam, lifters and timing chain. This weekend we'll be sealing it all up and waking the neighbours whilst running in the cam!

My headers came in from Summit yesterday. I ordered them the day before. Summit ROCKS!

I'm going to be finished and all tuned in for my day at Sears Point on September 1st!

Did you get the port side valveguige bosses and down size them too??? This will also give you 3 cc's of room behind the valve.....who knows just how much cc's of flow you can gain by this!!!

anyhow....sounds like a good thing!!! tell me about the results!!!

:)

I completely removed the exhaust guides and removed about half of the intake guide. I also shaped the front edge of the intake guide to a point to split the air...

Should be fun!
