My low beams are out, and I'm trying to figure out the wiring path.

Ok, what I know. The hi/low beam switch (floor board) has power to it, and the switch works. Power comes in and then alternates (on the other 2 wires) when I "click" the switch.

There are 3 prongs on the bulb itself. 1 for hi, 1 for low, 1 for ground.

The hi beam wire has juice, and low beam doesn't. (yes, I'm using the switch).

So its somewhere between the hi/low beam switch adn the wires to the bulbs.

both right and left low beams are out.

Does anybody have any advice, or know the path the wire from the lo/hi beam switch takes to get the the front headlights?

Thanks (as always)

your profile is not filled out with your car year etc.. my '68 wiring fom Shop Manual shows red with black stripe (wire 13) going from dimmer switch to drv side headlight socket low beam filament and then 13 A(same color) goes from there to pas side light. you should do continuity test from dimmer switch to drv side light socket since you confirmed your dimmer was switching. or go from dimmer switch low beam voltage to drv side light socket with red with black stripe connected to it - no voltage no light opoen wire probably at firewall connector.
