Hey everyone. Just saying hi as I jointed this morning. I am considering getting a Mustang. I'm thinking late 60s. My automotive knowledge is pretty limited, though my dad knows a lot. I figured it would be fun to learn on and give us something to do together. I'm currently working on getting the money together to buy one, so I figured it would be a good time to started reading up on this prior to gaining practical knowledge. I'll probably be lurking more than posting initially.

Cheers,
Matt

Matt, welcome to VMF. These are very easy cars to learn on, I started working on my older brothers 69 GTO & my 70 Mustang way back in 1974.

Thanks, mike. That's one of the reasons I was at getting a mustang. I can do the basics at this point, but would love to learn more.
