Due to the way the paint has aged, I can clearly see some of the original grease pencil markings on my 64 1/2's radiator support. The numbers are

3824
76A
54 2
PT

Does anyone know what they mean? I know the 76A is the body style- Convertible, which is correct. This car's DSO number is 54 or Omaha. Was the DSO put here so the line would know how to build the emission system? The warranty number is 5F08F193656 and the body tag is 76A-F-42-09G-54-1-1

Thanks :D

The 5 is probably an F and then 42 for your interior code.

PT is for power top.

DSO wasnt usually written on the rad support, only trim colors and options.
