Need some help. I have a 68 200CI I6 that the exhaust manifold is warped on. I took the head off and found that the second port back from the front has a bolt broken off. And to make it worse someone at one time or another tried to drill it out and got the drill walking side ways. I have a couple of good 170 heads that I could put on the engine. My questions are: Would I be better with the 69 head (the one with broken bolt, on the 68 engine ) or would a 62/63 170 head be the same. I should be able to drill through and maybe put a nut on the back side. Any suggestions on how to start the drill in the screwed up hole. Any other suggestions on what I might try? thanks,

Neil
