I am installing the American autowire complete harness for 65 Mustang coupe six cylinder, and while I was removing the original harness I accidentally cut the neutral safety switch wiring that goes through the firewall above the engine harness. Now I don't know how or what I'm supposed to reconnect, and I can't find any wiring diagrams that help. What do I do? Pictures would be much appreciated.

I don't know where the end I cut went, or where it all connects to. I can't find anything that matches up in the pile of old wires.

Those diagrams should help though. Thank you!

There should be a molded rubber connector for your switch. It could be a 2-wire plug (neutral switch only) or a 4-wire plug (switch and back-up lights). Also, why would you cut off a plug that can be disconnected?
