It will fit! Use the flywheel, pressure plate from the new engine. Take the transmission also...There is a alot of info
available for the swap, the short answer is yes!

The engine will physically fit in there. However you will need motor mounts to fit the engine in and a special crossmember for the tranny, not to mention the computer, wiring, etc...
Try a search for "302" or "engine swap" and see what comes up.
