I read your earlier post and need to ask a question. How do you get the rubber blocks that stop the window from going down. I tried to replace the felts as well and removed the door panels. The rubber blocks extend into a metal pillow and I pulled and pulled to no avail. Even grabbed them with channel locks & no go. Any hints??

I grabbed them with channel locks and gave them a twist. With a little back and forth action they came out. Getting them back in was the challenge. The rubber forms sort of a V that inserts into a channel.
