Hi, doesn't your holley have a sight plug in the side of the bowl? pull the big screw out of the side of the bowl that is the sight plug. start the car and adjust the float level so that the gas level is just to this hole. put the plug back in and it should be good to go. John

Hi, you should have some gas coming out the adjuster nut and some splash out the sight plug but not alot out of the site plug John
