Well I updated my sig photo to better reflect the state of my car. I compressed it so it is smaller then the previous one (28K) but it comes out as larger length and width. I cannnot crop it any more. Do I just play with the aspect ratio? I use the same photo on my website but it comes out half the size with no other mods. Actually, my sig pic is taken from my website... Whats up?

Here, I resized it 50% for you. Now it's 13.5k, aspect ratio was around 1.5. Your website might be showing it smaller because of the HTML is specifying the width and length.

The aspect ratio is width/height, if you play with this you will only distort the picture.

What you want to do is typically called "resize". For this type of simple operation I like to use Lview Pro.

Your picture looks kinda splotchy. Is that reflection from something or did you turn your jpg compression up too high?
