I'm running Windsor Jr heads on my new build.
The World Products data sheet for these heads call for a plug with 14mm threads, .460" reach, 5/8 hex, which is what I bought (Autolite 25's).
These plugs seat (finger tight) such that the hex is inside the plug tunnel.
There's no room in there for a socket......what's the deal here?

Anyone else run into this with the Windsor Jr's?

I"m running the windsor Jr's on my 302 and I don't have that problem. A 5/8 plug socket goes on and off with no problem. A little tight around the headers but that's to be expected.

You're absolutely right, Tooponies......I was using a regular 5/8 deep socket.
The 5/8 plug socket is just thin enough to get in there.

Thanks!
