For those who have LED tail lights, which way do they work:

a. using only some some LEDs for tail lights
using all LEDs for brake/blinker

b. using all LEDs for tail lights, but just dimmed
using all LEDs for brake/blinker, at full brightness

c. some combination of a & b.

If the answer is a, what is the approximate percentage of
LEDs used for just tail lights?

Gone but never forgetten

The Mustang project ones are B in the above examples. A would look goofy, as it would just look "spotty" when you stepped on the brake, as LED lights are directional. You don't get a lot of difussion from them like you do an incandescent bulb.

I don't know the percentage of brightness, but if I had to guess, I'd guess 50% of maximum for running lights.
