So the guy in the black suit and dark sunglasses shows up with a briefcase of cold hard cash. How much is in the briefcase to have you tossing him the keys?

I'll save my answer until I see some other posts ::

If it's five digits and the first one is at least a "2", it's his.

$25,000 and I would happily toss. $20 to $25,000 I would have to think about it a lot - it would depned on current bills etc. Less than $20,000 probably not.

I'm not sure how to put a price on all that time, sweat, and bloody knuckles. Three times the value of it's actual worth perhaps?

Since my convertible is just a rough driver, I'd take $13,000. $12,000 if he takes my wife with it. :D

Pay off the F250 and Boxster, and you can use it for a week.

Timing on "any" sale is always a factor...assuming times where/are good....and wheather It's worth it or not on the open market...$30 would get my attention and $35 would more than likely get the keys....

Simply put no amount of money. However if the breifcase had a pinkslip to a real 1967 K coupe, Vintage Burgandy, black interior, yada yada yada, I might consider it. Oh and the SWMBO would have to be part of the trade too. :p fd
