BTW, what's the difference between group 22 and group 27, and any other groups out there? I know it has to do with cranking amps or something.

The group thing with batteries tells you how big the sucker is.

I saw the battery auction was amazed. When you have more money than God (or maybe more money than brains) and you want it, why not??? I notice Bob Perkins is having a little trouble selling some of his solid gold parts though.

Group 27 was the big cold crank battery for the big blocks.

I guess the group 27 was offered as an option then for any car, and standard for the big blocks since both my 66 and 67 A-codes came with it?
