how to get the pics smaller

OK, I can't figure it out. How are you all getting the photo's smaller...save from re-taking them at a smaller pixel matrix..

Resizing pics is usually done in a program like PhotoPaint or similar ilk. You're referencing a geocities site for your pic, and geocities won't allow remote references to their site...they want you to actually go to the site and see their banner. Bummer.

I use a photo editor and resample the photo, Not certain if you can resize through the VMF using markup.
