There's around 8 or so screws under the dash pad that need to be removed. There's 2 screws between the dashpad and the windshield. Once you have them removed, grab it and pull it towards you.

Remove the two dash side trim panels, remove the screws at the front underside of the dash panel across the glovebox and speedo assembly. IIRC the speedometer panel will have to be removed. Slide the dash assembly towards you and it will come right out. You can replace the pad once the assembly is out of the car...
