Well, I will let the photo explain it all (April fools)

Got the car back together, Here is a summary:
- alignment complete
- Passenger side glass, weatherstrip, door alignment, etc completed
- Trunk weatherstrip installed
- Road test *G* Car just goes!
- List for bodyshop documented, car dropped off this morning
- Procured kickpanel speakers, will mount in kickpanels this week (ended up using another grill base to add
depth necessary for speaker clearance)
- Timing adjusted for 14 degrees initial, 38 degrees total. No pinging yesterday, but it was extremely humid
and cool, will have to recheck on a hot, dry day

Ahh, the show is less than 3 weeks away, and I can see the light on the end of the tunnel
By the way, check out my son's pinewood derby car. Sorry for the fuzzy picture. I will post another one on my photo album tomorrow. Imitation is the best form of flattery. He loves riding in the car (presently, he looks through the access holes in the floor, and just has a blast looking at the road going by!

Your coupe is looking AWESOME Steve. I especially like the color scheme you chose, those black stripes look excellent with that color.

That's a gnarly hood scoop on that pinewood derby car! Your son must be packin some hellacious horsepower under that hood!

Kool car (pinewood I mean hehehe). My son just took first place at the pinewood... off to the southeastern Michigan regional pinewood finals in May. I guess a love for cars is hereditary.

I love the way they look, just can't stomach the cost....BTW: ordered some Thorley headers, but won't be on in time for Knott's. Haven't called PAW yet to ask about that American Thunder system either. Too little time these days!

What color is that? -and- does only having one front seat mean this is a driver's car or that your SWMBO must take a back seat to the 'stang?

Tom,

The color is Kinversand. From a 2000 Range Rover Discovery II. The single front seat is beacuse I have returned the car to the bodyshop for final touchup/polishing. While the car is at the bodyshop this week, I am recovering the front BENCH seat. SWMBO gets to ride where she wants to, and if that is the back seat, then so be it. SWMBO is one of the primaryt financiers of the project. *G*
