I have a 70 with one broken fin and I have a piece off another, but I'm having trouble cutting it nice and clean. I planned to super glue a fin into place. Has anyone got a better idea. How can I cut the plastic? Should I try to match the piece that is broken out or should I just cut the grill to make it one whole "cell". (the piece that is broken is horizontal) Thanks for any advice!

Cutting plastic is best done at low speed, otherwise it will melt. Use a handsaw with blade for metal. It will be very difficult to achieve a perfect fit though...so stay patient.
