I am working on a 70 convertible. (Not stock) Anyone have pics they can send showing a good looking Mag? Also want to put in a white interior, would like suggestions on exterior color. (not red though) Who has the best deal on interior package? I need everything! Thanks< ken

Got to agree with opentracker...The "Torque Thrust D" variations (TT II etc., vintage 45's) and the "vintage 48's" tend to look the best on Vintage Mustangs. I chose Centerline billet wheels for mine because they were the lightest weight for the price while still maintaining SEMA approval and a reputable manufacturer, but appearance wasn't one of my criteria at the time.

Take a look at Billgear's early coupe...I think he did an excellent job of rim/tire choice.

here's a pic of my 70 convertible with original American Racing daisy wheels (circa 1966 or so). They are reproduced in both aluminum and chrome....

I like the wheels on Bossman's car. Hard to beat that look. Also, you can't go wrong with the Magnum 500's. That's what I went with on my 69, even though they were not offered in 69 (at least not on anything but a Boss 302, and they were argent).

As far as exterior, there are a lot of nice colors. Obviously I am a red kind of guy...you can view the 70 colors here:

I like the Acapulco Blue, or even Grabber Blue. Both would look great with White interior.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of "modern" style mags on a vintage car.
