I like the wheels on Bossman's car. Hard to beat that look. Also, you can't go wrong with the Magnum 500's. That's what I went with on my 69, even though they were not offered in 69 (at least not on anything but a Boss 302, and they were argent).
As far as exterior, there are a lot of nice colors. Obviously I am a red kind of guy...you can view the 70 colors here:

I like the Acapulco Blue, or even Grabber Blue. Both would look great with White interior.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of "modern" style mags on a vintage car.
