I really want to change the fuses in my 65 since I am putting a new light switch in. I looked at CJ Pony and was about to get them BUT 40 for glass fuses are a tad much
and Johns Mustang is Closed Due to Corona. So can anybody tell me the sizes of the fuses in a 65 mustang I googled it and just cant seem to find that info.
NPD has a cheap fuse kit If i can find a few more items I need i might go that way ha ha right now the shipping is more than the fuses from them.

Thanks

Here's a photo of the fuse box from Diane's original manual. The fuses are available at CJ Pony and NPD.

Yeah 40 bucks is a lot for fuses but it's the nature of the classic cars - - the correct stuff is getting harder to find and more expensive. But I noticed that you could use a new bezel and probably your gauge needles need painted as well. NPD has all of that and 9 bucks for shipping on a less than 300 dollar order isn't that bad IMHO.

Here's the full 65-73 list:

AGA-21⁄2 2.5 amp 0.62” Fuse
AGC-15 15 amp 1.25” Fuse
AGW-4 4 amp 0.84” Fuse
AGX-20 20 amp 1.00” Fuse
AGX-30 30 amp 1.00” Fuse
SFE-4 4 amp 0.62” Fuse
SFE-71⁄2 7.5 amp 0.88” Fuse
SFE-14 14 amp 1.06” Fuse
SFE-20 20 amp 1.25” Fuse

Of course, the spec is stamped on the end cap of each fuse. Makes life simple, unless someone removed them.

I've been able to match mine at the local parts store.
