Are there any good books on Cleavland specifications. Differences between closed and opened chamber heads? Intake and exhaust valve sizes? Runner size. Compression ratios. What 302 stuff bolts right up? Specs like that.

Thanks!

A book like this is a good start.

One person's experience

Here's some info from fomoco.com...the 2V engine is also listed.

Here's some more specs...

Very little from the series 289/302/351W engines bolts up to the 335 series...although some dimensions are similar and the engines will cross to the trans..

Enjoy!

Definitely not as much help as Pat, but every little tidbit of information will benefit your learning experience...The Cleveland engine design is named for its foundry (Cleveland, Ohio) not after cleavage.
