OK, I figured out that my tie rod ends are wrong. I know that the front spindles were changed sometime in the car's past. My question is where can I find the part number or casting number on the spindles so I can determine the correct tie rod end? Can someone tell me where to look? Thanks

I had the same problem, I think it's on the arm that the tie rod hooks to. If you get me the number I can look it up for you.

There are 4 spindles
from thinnest to thickest tie rod end

65-66 six cyl
65-66 V8
67-70
71-73

I don't how granada spindle relates to those.

I have a pair of 68-69 spindles and the casting number is on the upright portion on the backside.
