Installed my headers yesterday...not as much trouble as I thought! Do I need to re-route the transmission cooling lines, with the headers in, they rest right up against them?

Also ordered an piece to drop the PS cylinder to clear the headers from NPD...the holes are all off about 1/4 to 1/2 inch...the darn thing doesn't fit around the frame rail, do local parts stores carry this? I'd like to avoid having to redrill holes (metal is at least 1/4 - 3/8 thick).

Thanks!

Mike, you need to move the coolant lines away from those collectors before you go waking up the neighbors! You can bend the lines by hand if you are carefull. It's not that hard. Get at least 3/4" clearance. The air flow down there should take care of the heat between the two. Might be a good excuse to install an extra tranny cooler too...
