Depending on the type of rear sway bar you have, you might have to drill some. Other than that it is a bolt up project.

They are quite fat, some people have had installation problems with 1 1/8" front bar. Also, some vendors (M+, IIRC) say that 1 1/8" bars are manufactured from lesser steel and are no better than 1" bars.

The suspension should be loaded when you tighten the bolts. I would recommend adjustable bar, at least for rear.
