my car is a 65 fastback.

i'm obviously not building a concours correct car, however, if my dash, steering column and door skins are red, and my dash pad is black, what color should my carpet be? headliner?

And, what color should my vent panels, etc be in the back of the car????

I will probably end up running the R-model style package tray in the back that eliminates the rear seats...which is black. and my front seats are black.

and since almost all posts are useless w/o pictures...

FORD always had the carpet and dash pad match. As to the headliner and vent panels, I would do them in black also (my opinion here.)
Thanks, Doc

Since you're not worried about originality, I would suggest you do whatever appeals to you best.
true, i might already be breaking the rules by having black door panels too. :p

just kind of stuck on the carpet, panels and headliner... i dont want too much black, but i dont want all red... im trying to find a balance.
