I have some iron headed aussie heads on my 351c and was wondering if they were still desirable? for auto x perhaps needing iron heads to hit the requirements. I have been thinking of selling mine, if you are interested what would you be willing to pay for a set of bare heads in good shape?

Yes small Chambers and ports, 59cc I think they were. I Milled them when I first got them just cleaned the deck. Idk the casting number but they came on 302c made in Aussie. Any idea on if they're worth it to sell and how much?

Now that there are aluminum C heads available from the aftermarket, I think the market for iron heads isn't as strong as it was. The Aussie heads though are still desirable. I think the last set I saw for sale was in the $700 range.

I paid $375 for my Aussie 302C heads about 5 or 6 years ago. They were completely stock when I got them and I did all of the machine work to convert from the pedestal rocker mounts to screw-in studs and guide plates.

Dust, have your heads been converted for adjustables ? With so many aluminum choices out there, the market is not what it used to be. But sometimes guys are looking for the old iron, just because they like old stuff. Not a gold mine, but don't throw them out. Got any pictures ? LSG
