Not sure can't see the bolt. TTY bolts will have a reduced diameter shank (smaller than the threads). Also many tend to confuse torque to yield with torque to angle. TTY is a one time use bolt with a reduced shank and TTA is a tightening specification that uses a set torque then an angle gauge to turn the bolt an additional number of degrees.

Now the two are commonly used together using a TTY bolt and a TTA torque procedure.

If you are asking if you can reuse the bolts.. My advice is buy a set of new bolts for pretty much any engine build. The ARP bolts are far better than OE quality and not that expensive and if they ate TTY you have to replace them anyway.

I don't believe Ford ever used a torque-to-yield bolt anywhere on a Windsor motor.
