Doesn't MAC make shorty headers for vintage mustangs? I thought they did, but they don't list them on their websight. If they do, does anyone know a good place to buy them or JBA's?
Thanks,
Jim

MAC only makes long tubes and they also make a nice 2 1/2" system for the early cars too. I bought a pair for my 66 because they just happen to work with GT40P heads that I'm going to put on my new motor. The MAC's are made very nicely. I bought directly from them.

The JBA's are very nice too but a lot more money and are very popular, an excellent choice!

Do the MAC long tubes have a 3 bolt collector flange or the ball and cone connection like the shorty's?

For JBA try Internet Racers Supply at racenet.net. I've used them twice and thought I got the best pricing. They drop shipped from JBA in San Diego... saved me freight and no California sales tax.

Could you please loose the picture in your profile. It doesn't work, and keeps prompting for a password ... real annoying.

JBA's can be bought at any speed shop and most Mustang shops. I purchased mine from Sacramento Mustang

I just order a set of JBA from internet racers. They were $349 plus $7.50 S&H. I was told it will be about two weeks till they ship. JBA supposedly had a problem with fit and they are doing some tweeking to the modify headers. When I get them I'll let you know how it went. The price was the best I could find and a few others on this forum recommended them.

I deleted it as soon as I became aware of it, but unfortunately I dont' think I can do anything about messages I've already posted. Somebody let me know if I can.
